As a long-time professional real estate photographer (and retired real estate Broker), I have a unique perspective when looking at properties and finding the best ways to highlight that properties' best or most unique features and then capturing them in photos and video. I use High Dynamic Range (HDR) techniques and HD photography as well as aerial (drone) photography and videography, and then process each image with multiple software programs to make each image look it's absolute best. I am a FAA Part 107 certified remote (drone) pilot and comply with all air space and flight regulations at all locations.
My experience has taught me that in order to sell a home or property quickly and for the highest possible price in today's real estate market, it is critical to have photography that captivates a potential buyer's attention and apply advanced marketing techniques that keeps them coming back for more. The photos, videos and marketing will not only get them through the door, but will keep them moving forward until the close of escrow - as they will inevitably view them again and again.
